Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day return window and a 7-day exchange window, which means:

  • You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and with original tags intact
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange in any of the following ways:

  • Directly through our website using the Return / Exchange option available on your order
  • By emailing us at support@shopstud.in
  • Via WhatsApp support

Once your request is approved, we’ll share instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to customer preference (such as change of mind, style, or sizing issues):
    • Returns: A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted, covering forward and return shipping costs
    • Exchanges: A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged to cover logistics and shipping costs
  • If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged product, or missing item), we will bear the complete return shipping cost.

Damages, Missing Items & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Any item is missing from your order

⚠️ Important:
To claim a refund or replacement for damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us process your request smoothly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
Once the original item is approved and returned, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact support@shopstud.in
